ATM Fee Changes

BancNet-member banks will soon implement Acquirer-Based Fee Charging (ABFC) for ATM transactions. Prior to this date, the bank who owns a debit card sets the ATM transaction fee amount regardless of who owns the ATM terminal used. With ABFC, the bank who owns the ATM sets the transaction fee amount even for cardholders of other banks.

Starting April 7, 2021, LDB's ATM terminals will charge the following amounts for non-LDB cardholders:

• Php 15.00 for cash withdrawals

• Php 2.00 for balance inquiries

LDB cardholder transactions in LDB ATMs will remain free-of-charge.
