Remedial & Collection Department Head

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direction and support in all activities of the collection supervisors with the intent to maximize the operational efficiency and effectiveness of their teams

  • Monitor and evaluate the over-all status of the past due loan portfolios and ensures that set targets are achieved consistently

  • Conduct pre- and post-implementation reviews of IT-related projects

Qualifications
