Dormancy Fee

Starting on the 31st of July 2024, all dormant deposit accounts (except Time Deposit) that do not have any activity for at least five (5) years will incur a thirty-peso (₱30.00) monthly dormancy fee.

Only those accounts that fall below the minimum maintaining Average Daily Balance (ADB) will be charged such fee. For deposit products that do not have a maintaining ADB, the dormancy fee will apply regardless of account balances.

Concerned depositors will be sent two notices before any dormancy fee is charged to their account in compliance with Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas' Circular 928.
