New Check Design starting May 1, 2024

Please be reminded of the new check design that comes into effect on May 1, 2024.

This is in compliance to the new check specifications established by the Philippine Clearing House Corporation (PCHC) and announced through their memorandum CICS OM No. 23-040 (click here for full copy).

Checks with the old design will only be accepted for clearing until April 30, 2024. You may order checkbooks with the new design through your LDB branch of account.

Exempted from this deadline are the following:

• Post-dated checks (PDCs) stamped/printed with the word "Warehoused" or similar representations at the dorsal side of the check and warehoused by banks

• Manager's / Cashier's Checks

• Checks issued from November 4, 2023 to April 30, 2024
