EVENTS
2/19/2026
LDB recently celebrated Valentine’s Day with a lively in-house event for its employees, highlighting fun, camaraderie, and teamwork. The celebration reflected the bank’s continued commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture where employees feel valued, engaged, and inspired.
The event officially kicked off with the much-anticipated “Mr. and Ms. Valentine” contest, where employees took center stage to showcase their confidence, creativity, and personality. The segment featured fun challenges and entertaining presentations, filling the venue with laughter and excitement. More than just a friendly competition, the activity also carried a meaningful purpose — all coins collected during the segment will be donated to LDB’s CSR charity initiatives, reinforcing the spirit of giving within the organization.

Following this, senior management — led by LDB’s new President — energized the crowd through a lively “match fun segment.” Their participation brought an added level of excitement, as leaders demonstrated not only teamwork and sportsmanship but also their approachability and strong connection with employees. The segment further strengthened the bond between management and staff, creating a more unified and motivated workplace.
To cap off the celebration, employees eagerly participated in a raffle draw, where exciting prizes were given away. The raffle added a thrilling finish to the event, leaving everyone with smiles and a shared sense of joy and appreciation.

True to LDB’s Let’s Dream Big philosophy, the celebration served as a reminder that when employees are inspired, connected, and empowered, they are more motivated to achieve greater goals — both individually and as one organization. By combining fun, recognition, and social responsibility, LDB continues to build a workplace where every employee is encouraged to dream big and make a difference.
